Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Part of what makes us a step above the rest is that we have a *limited lifetime workmanship warranty on all full roof replacements/new roofs. If you need to sell your house, we will transfer this warranty one time to new homeowners free of charge.
*The small print is right here, we don't hide behind lawyers and legalize. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, aging, or damage caused by human or weather related events. Manufacturer defects, if identified, will be handled in concert with them and we can assist through that process.
Installations can be done in one day. Some larger roofs may take longer.
Our crews will be on site to make sure the property looks just as good as it did before we arrived, the only difference is that you have a new roof!
